Spreader beam, tongs, load clamps

Spreader beam is a device, suspended on the hook of a crane or crane trolleys, which is designed to work with different load types.

At cargo lifting and shifting there are situations when standard use of lifting electromagnets doesn’t yield the result. If it is necessary to shift long products, pipes, slabs, sheets in packs or single sheets, to remove sheets from plasma
machine, one should use several electromagnets on a cross bar.

Also bars are applied in cases when a grapple and an electromagnet are simultaneously used; a special bar for seizure of electromagnet by a grapple allows to accelerate change process of a working body.

DIMET-M designs and manufactures cross bars according to customer’s specific applications.

Tongs are designed to lift and transfer steel coils, slabs and large metal workpieces.
